Alison Ann Sweeney (born January 6th, 1993) is an American actor, reality TV director, and writer. Sweeney is best known for her performance as Samantha Sami Brady on the NBC soap opera Days of Our Lives a part she was contracted to play on the show beginning on January 6, 1993 until October 30th 2014. Sweeney had decided enough was enough in the year 1999. She stayed clear of fads like wine and cabbage soup diet, and made healthier choices like avoiding sugary beverages and starting boot-camp workout classes. She shed close to 30 pounds. Sweeney has shed nearly 30 pounds. Sweeney is the mother of two brothers and is Irish. She was a student at UCLA however she left to work on Days of Our Lives. Sweeney along with David Sanov married on July 8, 2000 after an engagement of three years. They have two kids two sons: one born on February 25, 2005 and a daughter who was born on the 12th of January, 2009. Alison Victoria (born October 31,1981) is an American TV host and actress. Interior designer, show host and actress. Chicago is where she was born and she fell for Chicago and the buildings it houses. There are three brothers and sisters: Jamie, Nicholas and Diana.
